CAUTION

1. Apply engine oil to the gasket face while ensuring that the gasket is fully seated in the groove, Then tighten the filter another 3/4-1 turn (or 15-20N-m) with a filter wrench after the gasket contacts the installation surface.

2. After mounting, check for leaks with engine running.
